Members must respect staff, fellow members, and club property.
Abusive, disruptive, or intoxicated behaviour is prohibited.
Dress code: Clean, casual attire suited to a club setting.
Alcoholic beverages must be consumed responsibly.
No outside food or drink is allowed without prior approval.
Illegal drugs are strictly forbidden.
Any breach results in immediate suspension or termination and may be reported to authorities.
Suspected activity may be investigated with law enforcement cooperation.
Club equipment must be used respectfully and returned in good condition.
Members are liable for damages caused by misuse.
Members must return pool/snooker balls, cues, chalk, and any other items provided to them by the club at check-out to their designated storage areas.
No food or drink is to be consumed over or near pool or snooker tables to avoid damage and preserve playing conditions.
Table bookings recommended during peak hours; subject to availability.
Late arrivals may forfeit reservations.
Photos or videos taken on the club premises must not infringe on the privacy of others.
Consent must be obtained before recording or publishing content involving others.
Q Sports Bar Bournemouth Ltd reserves the right to film and produce promotional or competition-related video content within the venue without prior notice or individual consent.
Such content may be used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.
Members who do not wish to appear in promotional content may notify management in writing. Reasonable efforts will be made to exclude them from identifiable coverage.
Management may suspend, expel, or revoke membership for rule violations.
Serious infractions may result in immediate and permanent exclusion.
Disciplinary decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
Q Sports Bar Bournemouth Ltd retains full discretion in all matters relating to member conduct.
Q Sports Bar Bournemouth Ltd may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Members will be notified of changes via email or in-person notices.
Members may bring guests within club capacity limits.
All guests must sign in at the bar’s Guest Book.
Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct.
Rule violations by guests may result in disciplinary action for the hosting member.
Individuals under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult who is a current member, whilst on the premises.
Children (under 18) are not permitted in the club after 11:00 PM.
Children under 14 years of age are not permitted within the bar area (hard floor area).
Under-18s are not required to be members or sign in as guests, but must be accompanied by a member at all times.
The club operates a Challenge 25 policy.
Valid photo ID required for anyone appearing under 25 when purchasing alcohol or upon request.
Members must keep noise levels low when leaving the club.
Quiet conduct is expected on the smoking balcony.
No drinks, glassware, or open containers are permitted outside or on the smoking balcony. The smoking balcony closes at 11:00 PM. After this time, members and guests who wish to smoke or vape must use the area outside the main entrance.
Any cues, cases, or other items stored by the club are left at the member’s discretion. Q Sports Bar Bournemouth Ltd accepts no liability for lost or stolen items.
